Return & Refund Policy

About Returns:


15-Day Return Period. We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for products in unused condition with all original packaging intact, except for the following cases:

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Special or custom-made products (e.g., oil paintings, fitted sheets, etc.).
  2. Personal reasons, including but not limited to: dislike the product, duplicate purchase, wrong purchase, no longer needed, or unmet expectations.
  3. Product size, color, etc., not suitable (not due to quality issues).
  4. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., logistics), failure to sign for delivery, or packages left uncollected at logistics points.
  5. Electroplated products may have wear during transportation; please do not order if this is a concern.
  6. Inability to cooperate with customs clearance: Due to varying customs regulations in different countries, you may need to assist with clearance via email/phone (e.g., confirming product details, price, etc.).

 

Returnr Process :


Please do not send the product back to us before contacting our customer service team, as this may delay the processing of your return or exchange request.

  1. Contact us at velarthome@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the name and quantity of the item(s) being returned, and photos of the package (entire package).
  2. For orders that have already been shipped, we cannot cancel them. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order; otherwise, our return process will apply.
  3. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send the package.

Note: We are fully committed to providing the best products for every customer. However, due to the nature of the production process, the following are considered normal:

  1. Slight seams on glass products.
  2. Slight overlapping patterns on ceramic products.
  3. Minor lines on metal products.
  4. Slight unevenness in color application on resin products.

 

About Refunds:


We will process your refund within 2 days of receiving your returned package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

A 5% bank fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
